We are looking for an experienced and passionate Director, Payments and Market Operations family to join the TD Securities team and lead the platform in creating the next generation of innovative payment solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who is creative, forward-thinking, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have deep experience in payments and platforms, as well as the ability to work with the global team and create innovative solutions and drive the team towards success. The Director will be responsible for leading the team in creating innovative payment solutions that meet the needs of customers, managing and mentoring a team of engineers and designers, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of payment platform initiatives. Additionally, the role involves monitoring and analyzing trends in the payments industry and developing strategies to capitalize on those trends while ensuring compliance with all applicable payment regulations. The Director will utilize data to inform decisions and strategies, keep up to date with industry best practices and new technologies, and create and maintain strong relationships with partners and vendors.
