About The Position
The Director Payroll will oversee the payroll team operations across multiple companies and states. Must be experienced in high volume, multi-state payroll with a knowledge of payroll regulatory compliance. Fast-paced environment with continuous growth, so change management will be necessary. Evaluation for continuous improvement in processes/procedures to ensure both efficiency and accuracy. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Payroll Department. This includes, but not limited to, processing payrolls across multiple FEIN companies, reviewing/balancing of the payrolls to ensure accuracy, and coordinating across all segments of the organization in relation to Payroll.
