The Payroll Director plays a pivotal role in aligning payroll strategies with overall HR and organizational goals. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing all payroll operations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, financial requirements, and safeguarding personally identifiable information (PII). The Payroll Director will drive continuous improvement in payroll processes to enhance the caregiver experience and support the functional infrastructure. As a part of the Total Rewards team, this role reports to the Executive Director of HR Operations. The position requires a collaborative approach, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving. The Payroll Director will supervise, mentor, and develop payroll staff, ensuring that the team is equipped to handle payroll systems effectively and efficiently. This role is essential in managing the distribution of payroll reports and developing and implementing payroll systems and procedures to increase efficiency.
