About The Position
As a Director, People with Evergreen Nephrology, you plan and oversee all human resources functional operations, including compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, engagement, culture, and compliance. You serve as an advisor to management on matters related to talent development, organizational performance, engagement and culture, and leadership. You drive people-related projects from strategic development through implementation across the organization. This role manages a team of two and reports to the SVP, People at Evergreen Nephrology.
