The Director of Performance and Organizational Development will design and implement training programs to enhance employees' knowledge and growth, driving the organization to its full potential. This role requires a passion for maximizing the employee experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with business leaders to strategize and develop Learning and Development plans for each department. Additionally, you will deliver best-in-class scalable talent lifecycle processes and programs in the areas of performance management, competency development, goal setting, career paths, talent calibration, career development and talent planning. This position will have direct supervisory responsibilities, in addition to serving as an advisor, coach and mentor for people leaders and employees across the organization.
