Director Pharmacy & Retail Operations Field Communication

About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with a strong background in retail or pharmacy operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience, or a High School diploma/GED with at least 9 years of experience. This role requires expertise in assessing and measuring the impact of communications plans, as well as experience in presenting and reporting to stakeholders, including executives and senior management. The candidate should be adept at establishing and maintaining relationships across various levels of the organization and possess strong project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. Additionally, the candidate should have experience contributing to financial decisions and leading teams, with a willingness to travel up to 10% for business purposes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of retail or pharmacy operations experience (corporate or field) or a High School diploma/GED and at least 9 years of corporate or field retail or pharmacy operations experience (corporate or field)
• Experience assessing and measuring the impact and effectiveness of communications plans and tools
• At least 3 years of experience presenting and reporting to appropriate stakeholders, executives and senior management
• Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at various levels of the organization, such as peers, internal/external stakeholders, business partners, senior level managers, executives
• Experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives)
• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word
• Basic level skill in Microsoft Excel
• Advanced level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint
• At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace
• At least 3 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership
• Willing to travel up 10% of the time for business purposes (domestically and internationally)
