About the position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of retail or pharmacy operations experience (corporate or field) or a High School diploma/GED and at least 9 years of corporate or field retail or pharmacy operations experience (corporate or field)
  • Experience assessing and measuring the impact and effectiveness of communications plans and tools
  • At least 3 years of experience presenting and reporting to appropriate stakeholders, executives and senior management
  • Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at various levels of the organization, such as peers, internal/external stakeholders, business partners, senior level managers, executives
  • Experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives)
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word
  • Basic level skill in Microsoft Excel
  • Advanced level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace
  • At least 3 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership
  • Willing to travel up 10% of the time for business purposes (domestically and internationally)
