About the position

Evolus is seeking an experienced Director of Portfolio Marketing to lead the development and execution of its portfolio strategy. This role focuses on driving growth across Evolus' product offerings through strategic messaging, cross-functional project execution, and strong relationship management with key accounts. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop differentiated messaging and positioning for all channels including sales tools and marketing materials.
• Lead planning and execution of cross-functional projects to reinforce Evolus' value proposition.
• Manage downstream marketing activities to drive growth within National Accounts and Key Accounts.
• Translate data into actionable insights and strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with National Accounts and Key Accounts through field visits and customer events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in sales or marketing.
• Experience in successfully selling a portfolio of products.
• Aesthetic experience in a sales/marketing role is required.
• Deep understanding of the aesthetic injectable market.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree required.
