The primary purpose of this role is to lead a highly effective inside and outside sales team while having direct customer involvement and influence. This will be accomplished by building relationships with Pro customers and leveraging opportunities to deploy product and account management solutions and holistically leveraging the Pro Fulfillment Network, resulting in sales gains. The Director, PFN Sales accomplishes these responsibilities through effective management and development of a team of experienced Managers. This team executes across multiple cross functional work teams to deliver strategic and functional initiatives on time and meet expected financial and operational benefits defined by the strategy. This leader will work closely with Pro Fulfillment Network leadership, store support center, and store operation leaders.
