About The Position
As a Director of Accelerator Process Improvement here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing leadership for process & productivity improvement. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's programs and processes. You will report directly to our Vice President, Transformation (ESS) and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact strategy, revenue growth, innovation, customer satisfaction, competitive advantage, resource allocation, risk management, and cost-efficiency.
