The Director of Product Management for Identity & Access Management at Target is responsible for leading the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Cyber Solutions team. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to define product needs, prioritize initiatives, and ensure the delivery of innovative security solutions that protect Target's resources. The director will also mentor and develop a team of product managers, drive product discovery, and leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and assess product performance.

  • Set the overall strategic vision for the product space and product team.
  • Accountable for achieving identified business outcomes and metrics.
  • Manage the product's budget and financials.
  • Establish short- and long-term product goals and quarterly OKRs.
  • Build, coach, and mentor a strong team of product managers.
  • Foster a strong team culture of progress, transparency, and efficiency.
  • Drive product discovery with key stakeholders to validate hypotheses and concepts.
  • Leverage data and analytics for competitive analysis and decision making.
  • Negotiate and remove execution-related barriers for the teams.
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of product management experience or equivalent domain experience, preferably in IAM, tech, or digital.
  • Experience with technology and ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams.
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to influence at a strategic leadership level.
  • Expert at working in an agile environment (e.g., user stories, iterative development, scrum teams).
  • Strategic mindset with strong ability for strategic planning and defining OKRs.
  • Ability to lead and influence a team while fostering relationships across enterprise-wide teams.
  • Experience developing Product Managers to grow in their careers.
  • Experience in retail or similar areas.
  • Understanding of relevant technologies and design principles.
