About the position

Walmart is seeking an experienced Director of Supply Chain Product to lead the development and execution of innovative recommerce systems and tools. This role is pivotal in driving Walmart's sustainability initiatives by optimizing reverse logistics and resale platforms. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, tech-driven solutions that enhance product lifecycle management through resale, refurbishment, recycling, and reuse channels, ultimately transforming Walmart's supply chain with a focus on sustainability and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Walmart's recommerce systems and tools.
• Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle for recommerce technology platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, supply chain, operations, and sustainability teams to develop innovative solutions.
• Develop a deep understanding of Walmart's supply chain and recommerce challenges to identify technological advancements.
• Utilize data and analytics to monitor performance and drive continuous innovation within recommerce systems.
• Engage with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of recommerce products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 11 years' experience in product management.
• 13 years' experience in product management or related area.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area.
• 10 years' experience as a product manager, ideally on consumer-facing, large-scale B2B/C products.
• Supervisory experience.
• Background in creating inclusive digital experiences and knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards.
