About the position

As the Director of Product Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in our North American business, working closely with key stakeholders across Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Sales to shape the overall value proposition of our software solutions. These solutions are integral to healthcare operations, providing comprehensive management of risk, compliance, governance, and workforce management. Your expertise will be crucial in driving initiatives that support pipeline and revenue growth in the North American region. In this role, you will be responsible for market segmentation, gathering market requirements through the voice of the customer, establishing references, developing solution launch strategies, and overseeing execution. You will generate demand and craft market messaging that resonates with our customers. Your deep understanding of the healthcare B2B market will enable you to develop competitive positioning, key value messaging, and compelling content. You will also be tasked with creating successful launch plans and marketing campaigns, while providing ongoing sales enablement through the development and management of ROI-focused marketing materials. To excel in this position, you will need a unique blend of healthcare experience, marketing creativity, and strategic and technical acumen. You will conduct market research, capture insights, understand market segmentation and buyer personas, and define target audiences. Collaborating closely with the Product team, you will align product offerings with customer needs and competitive differentiators. Your role will also involve creating an annual marketing plan and budget, aligned with sales targets, and overseeing its execution and performance. Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to capture insights and understand market segmentation and buyer personas.
  • Develop and share key insights through competitive analysis and adjust positioning and messaging as required.
  • Gather customer feedback through various channels to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to align product offerings with customer needs and competitive differentiators.
  • Work with customer success to develop and maintain reference customers across all solution areas and market segments.
  • Execute comprehensive market assessments and develop go-to-market plans in collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams.
  • Create an annual marketing plan and budget aligned with AOP sales targets and oversee its execution and performance.
  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for product offerings aligned with key market segments.
  • Develop clear and compelling value propositions, messaging, and positioning for all solutions within the RLDatix Governance pillar.
  • Support the development and delivery of webinars and speaking engagements to promote our products and offerings.
  • Build compelling content such as whitepapers, videos, and case studies to communicate our differentiators and support sales enablement efforts.
  • Lead the end-to-end product launch playbook, working closely with various teams to refine strategies and tactics and deliver customer success.
  • Develop sales enablement materials that help communicate value across buyer personas.

Requirements

  • A degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 9+ years of product marketing experience in a healthcare tech company.
  • Background in SaaS-based healthcare applications and technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen supported by a health, business, or technical college/university level degree.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into market-facing materials.
  • Demonstrable strategic experience in positioning and launching differentiated healthcare B2B software.
  • Experience leading marketing growth strategies for specific products or portfolios.
  • Expert understanding of how software products are positioned, promoted, and sold.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
