In this role, you will lead the Product Marketing team, setting the vision and driving the strategy, positioning, and messaging for both new product launches and existing products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including revenue, product management, demand generation, communications, brand, and executive leadership, to drive growth for the business. Your extensive experience in product marketing will be crucial as you shape Circle's roadmap through competitive insights, product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and the execution of key launches that propel our business forward.

Responsibilities

  • Grow, hire and mentor a global team of product marketers focused on customer solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and launch products globally, from initial market validation to launch execution.
  • Develop data-driven, actionable insights that inform product and marketing strategy.
  • Define new packages and narratives to drive growth and engagement.
  • Create sales enablement strategies including training and customer/partner assets.
  • Conduct in-depth competitive analysis for positioning against competitors' offerings.
  • Support partner promotions, brand campaigns, and other marketing initiatives to increase product adoption.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing; B2B experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience leading a product marketing team in a B2B organization.
  • Direct product marketing experience with a track record of driving rapid growth of innovative technologies.
  • Strong understanding of platform services businesses and ability to engage in complex technical conversations; experience in Payments, Fintech, or Blockchain technology is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and grow a diverse and global team of Product Marketing Managers.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence and drive requirements across diverse stakeholders.
  • Critical thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating compelling content for customers and prospects.
  • Ability to thrive in unstructured environments and bring order to chaos.
  • Passion for crypto and a commitment to continuous learning in this space.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and Macbook preferred.
