About the position

The Director of Product Marketing at Pano is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for leading and building the product marketing efforts of the company. This position involves developing go-to-market strategies for new product launches, conducting market research, defining product positioning, and creating sales enablement tools. The role requires collaboration with the CEO, founders, and leadership team to shape the product marketing strategy and drive growth in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches and features.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Define and develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that differentiate Pano AI's offerings.
  • Create and deliver high-quality sales enablement tools, including product demos, sales decks, and competitive battlecards.
  • Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to align the product marketing strategy with real-world challenges.
  • Oversee the development of product-related content to drive demand generation and support lead nurturing efforts.
  • Act as the internal and external product evangelist, participating in industry events and customer meetings.
  • Work closely with product management, engineering, and sales to integrate marketing initiatives with product development.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of product marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully positioning and launching products.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all parts and levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to create effective marketing collateral and sales enablement tools.
  • Proven experience in a hands-on role, balancing strategic leadership with detailed execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo, etc.).
