About the position

The Director of Product Marketing at Upfront is a pivotal role focused on shaping the narrative and market presence of innovative healthcare technology products. This position is responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and enhancing the customer experience for healthcare enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will leverage customer insights and market trends to create compelling messaging and drive product adoption and growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with company strategy and market needs.
• Own the launch and ongoing optimization of GTM plans, including key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with product, brand, and commercial teams to define and package offerings that resonate with target markets.
• Develop clear, compelling messaging that highlights product value and differentiates from competitors.
• Partner with client strategy and product teams to analyze customer feedback and influence product development.
• Develop retention strategies to reinforce value, reduce churn, and drive upsell opportunities.
• Lead the development and execution of product-focused campaign messaging and training collateral.
• Identify industry trends and competitive insights to position Upfront as an industry expert.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in SaaS or healthcare.
• Proven ability to package and position complex products into simple, compelling value propositions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
