About the position

The Product Strategist will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction and operational frameworks for product and solution teams within the Digital Manufacturing Group. This position focuses on optimizing processes and standards to drive innovation, efficiency, and market success, ensuring that Digital Manufacturing products and solutions deliver exceptional value to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to guide product and solution teams, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market trends.
  • Bridge the gap between business goals and consumer challenges to ensure new product requests are warranted and cannot be fulfilled through existing products.
  • Define standard processes for requirement finalization and solution strategy using Design Thinking.
  • Promote adherence to Digital Product/Solution Development best practices such as Design Thinking & SaFe Agile.
  • Work closely with product managers, solution architects, and other stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence.
  • Establish and monitor key success/performance indicators around product and solution development for continuous process improvements.
  • Prepare and present strategic plans, progress reports, and performance analyses to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation within product management teams.
  • Identify and implement new tools, technologies, and processes to enhance product management practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, process optimization, or a related role within the manufacturing or technology sectors.
  • Experience in the biopharma industry is highly desirable.
