About the position

As the Director of Retail Facility Operations at Capital One, you will lead a dynamic team to ensure optimal facility management at Retail locations. This role involves advancing maintenance and enhancement programs for Retail Branch and Café workplaces, ensuring safe and productive environments for associates and customers. You will provide guidance over day-to-day facility issues, build strategies for facility initiatives, and utilize data to solve problems, all while fostering a culture of innovation and high associate satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of 4-6 direct reports.
• Develop and implement facilities strategies across the portfolio.
• Manage relationships with facilities providers.
• Oversee performance and governance of outsourced real estate suppliers.
• Drive KPIs/SLAs with business partners and maintain high service levels.
• Produce regular reporting on business updates and team performance.
• Oversee customer relationship management with associates and leadership in Retail Branches and Cafés.
• Collaborate with outsourced leadership and internal business partners for process improvement.
• Support issue resolution, incident management, and communications.
• Prepare, approve, and monitor budgets and delivery plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience.
• At least 10 years experience in facility management.
• At least 10 years experience in corporate real estate.
• At least 3 years people leadership experience.
