About the position

The Director of QuickBooks Global Brand Marketing at Intuit will lead the brand development and communications for the QuickBooks brand on a global scale. This role is pivotal in setting the strategy and creating experiences that resonate with customers, employees, and communities, ensuring that every small business has the opportunity to thrive. The position involves collaboration across various teams and agencies to deliver impactful marketing campaigns that align with Intuit's mission of powering prosperity.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy, development, and implementation of brand positioning, architecture, and visual identity.
  • Execution of full funnel campaigns and brand communications across various channels.
  • Collaboration with agencies and internal teams to create high-impact marketing campaigns.
  • Management of the agency of record and interagency teams for optimal results.
  • Building brand capability across markets and customer touchpoints to ensure a consistent brand promise.
  • Development of annual revenue growth plans in partnership with markets.
  • Budget management, including goal-setting and measurement of brand initiatives.
  • Advocacy for resources and capabilities to establish a world-class brand organization.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable track record of successfully driving brand repositioning with measurable business impact.
  • Experience in executing high-impact, culturally relevant creative campaigns with measurable outcomes.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-impact campaigns on time, within budget, and according to brief.
  • Experience in growing brand investment based on business results over time.
  • Strong understanding of brand architecture and visual identity systems.
  • Experience in matrixed organizations, integrating full funnel campaigns cross-functionally.
  • Experience in portfolio brand or branded house environments, especially during transformations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a portfolio brand, platform brand, or branded house environment is a plus.
  • Experience in transforming from a house of brands to a portfolio brand or platform brand is a major plus.
