- Support staff development and process improvement initiatives.
- Manage daily local travel to support diverse teams and facilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, health administration, or related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Six years of management experience within a medical imaging environment, including multi-site group oversight.
- Proven experience as a radiologic technologist, with MRI experience strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on workflow optimization and staff development.
