About The Position

The Director, Rapid Analytics is responsible for enhancing the quality and speed of data-derived insights across the enterprise. This role involves bridging various functional lines, leveraging diverse data and analytical techniques to provide timely insights that inform complex business decisions. The Director will serve as an advisor on strategic questions and exploratory opportunities, leading a team to apply analytical problem-solving skills and ensuring alignment with the company's vision for Rapid Analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with at least ten years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, business analytics, or pharmaceutical consulting, or an MBA with at least eight years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in market strategy development, brand development, insights, AI/GenAI, and advanced analytics techniques.
  • Proficiency in data query tools (e.g., SQL), Visualization Tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI), PowerPoint, Excel, and potentially Python.
  • Minimum of three years of management experience.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality control and documentation.
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and initiative in solving complex problems.
  • Ability to integrate and communicate insights to Senior Management teams effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to partner with cross-functional colleagues.
  • Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and follow through in a timely manner.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with advanced analytics techniques such as AI/GenAI.
  • Familiarity with Python for data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure alignment of initiatives to the company's overall business objectives and strategic imperatives.
  • Develop and sustain close working relationships with key stakeholders across NNI.
  • Ensure clear communication of research results, key conclusions, and recommendations.
  • Assess and develop new processes to advance market research and analytics capabilities.
  • Champion the Triple Bottom Line in Market Research and analytics.
  • Develop innovative solutions to complex problems and make impactful recommendations.
  • Ensure collaborative interactions across Business Unit Insights & Analytics teams.
  • Provide insight-driven consultation to the marketing team through primary market research and secondary data analytics.
  • Oversee market assessments and ad hoc analyses to support business objectives.
  • Act as the primary focal point for brand team's analysis and insight needs.
  • Direct the development of presentations with clear storylines and recommendations.
  • Lead proactive scenario-based impact analysis on market trends.
  • Manage expectations and drive consensus for analysis and insights.
  • Identify areas of opportunity to drive agility and competitive advantage.
  • Support the planning process via market-based situation analysis.
