The Director Regional Marketing leads a team of marketers to drive the comprehensive generation of relevant region-based client and marketplace insights. This role is pivotal in aligning go-to-market plans with organizational goals and target audiences, executing integrated programs that resonate with global campaigns, and managing overall budgeting, metrics, and reporting. The Director ensures that all local-level activities are interlocked with the global business, brand, and marketing strategy, providing critical insights about customers and market dynamics that inform both regional and global teams. This position sets the foundation for program development with a strong focus on regional business strategy, local market trends, competitive insights, personas, and buyer experiences, as well as planning and budgeting. In overseeing all local-level planning and interlock, the Director is responsible for brand activation, go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, message development, and the marketing mix. This includes ensuring that tactical plans align with business goals. The Director drives demand creation by empowering the team to effectively execute program tactics, which encompass inbound and outbound marketing, strategic communication, content production, agency management, project management, social marketing, search (SEO/SEM), event marketing, and MAP/CRM programs. Additionally, the Director leads all budgeting, measurement, analytics, and reporting to ensure visibility into the business impacts resulting from team activities. This includes identifying opportunities for growth and cost/ROI improvements, managing actuals versus budget and KPIs, allocating budgets by program/campaign, and proactively diagnosing and developing insights to support pipeline health, conversion rates, and overall return on investment. The role also involves influencing business and supporting sales objectives through effective communication that respects cultural and operating norms, collaborating cross-functionally, and leveraging internal networks to achieve successful outcomes for local teams during planning and review periods. Operating at an executive level, the Director is responsible for leading people and maintaining high-performing teams.
