About the position

The Director Reporting & Stars Analytics is responsible for overseeing the management and delivery of reporting and analysis services for internal and external customers, specifically focusing on Stars and Quality business partners. This role involves driving technology strategy, enhancing analytic offerings, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting and analytics deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead Stars and quality data compilation, management, analysis, and reporting.
• Build relationships across all levels of the organization internally and externally.
• Extract and compile Stars and Hedis information and large data sets from various systems.
• Set up processes for monitoring, tracking, and trending information using various systems.
• Research and analyze report results to identify opportunities and trends within Stars, Hedis, and pharmacy programs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and document new standard reports or processes.
• Lead team members on data-related initiatives as requested.
• Oversee the department to ensure timely and accurate completion of reporting and analytics deliverables.
• Drive transformation and process standardization for reporting and analytics services.
• Serve as a thought leader in the design and execution of strategic projects to improve data management and analytics offerings.
• Partner with leaders to understand business needs and develop analytic methodologies, models, and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or related area, or equivalent experience; HS diploma or GED required.
• 8 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting analysis/development, and/or data analysis, with at least 5 years in Stars and quality.
• 5 years of leadership/people management experience.
• Experience with report generating technologies (e.g., Business Objects, Tableau).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
