About the position

The Director Reporting & Stars Analytics is responsible for overseeing the management and delivery of reporting and analysis for both internal and external customers. This role focuses on enhancing analytic offerings and driving a technology strategy to support the Stars and Quality business partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead Stars and quality data compilation, management, analysis, and reporting.
• Build relationships across all levels of the organization internally and externally.
• Extract and compile various sources of Stars and Hedis information and large data sets from different systems or applications.
• Set up processes for monitoring, tracking, and trending information and data using various systems or applications.
• Research and analyze report results to identify opportunities and trends within Stars, Hedis, and pharmacy programs.
• Collaborate with internal, external, and enterprise individuals to develop and document new standard reports or processes for Stars and Hedis.
• Lead team and other Stars and quality team members on all data-related matters.
• Direct and oversee the department to ensure timely and accurate completion of reporting and analytics deliverables and initiatives.
• Drive transformation and process standardization for reporting and analytics services.
• Serve as a thought leader in the design and execution of strategic projects to improve data management and analytic offerings across Prime.
• Partner with other leaders to understand business partner needs and drive the development of analytic methodologies, models, processes, reports, and new products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED required.
• 8 years of work experience in business intelligence, reporting analysis/development, and/or data analysis including at least 5 years directly in Stars and quality.
• 5 years of leadership/people management experience.
• Experience working with report generating technologies (like Business Objects, Tableau, etc.).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
