About The Position
Generations at Oakton Pavilion in Des Plaines, IL, is seeking an experienced Restorative Director/RN to join our team in a full-time capacity. This position is crucial for the implementation of our facility's rehabilitation and restorative care program, ensuring that all policies and procedures align with established standards. The Restorative Director will play a key role in promoting optimal physical, mental, and psycho-social health for our residents, focusing on their functionality and overall well-being. This role requires a compassionate and dedicated individual who can lead a team and foster a supportive environment for both staff and residents. As the Restorative Director, you will report directly to the Director of Nursing and will be responsible for directing, supervising, and coordinating the rehabilitation and restorative care program. You will oversee the orientation process for new staff, ensuring that they are well-equipped to provide high-quality care. Additionally, you will evaluate newly admitted residents to assess their rehabilitative needs and appropriateness for our programs. Regular quarterly reviews of patient progress will be part of your responsibilities, along with supervising the scheduling of staff to ensure adequate coverage for our residents' needs. This position offers a competitive annual salary of $89,360, along with a $10,000 sign-on bonus that is payable immediately, plus an additional $5.00 per hour.
