About The Position
The Director of Retail Distribution Center Operations at Ashley Global Retail is responsible for leading the operations of a large and complex distribution center. This role focuses on achieving goals related to people, service, cost, and team member engagement by implementing best practices and leveraging new technologies. The Director will ensure that the retail distribution network remains a leader in service, productivity, safety, and quality, while also being accountable for significant annual sales and throughput in the distribution network.
