The Director of Branch Operations will oversee our Western Region of Long Island branches, executing the organization's strategic plan while managing performance, risk, and enhancing both member and employee experiences. This role is pivotal in leading a group of branches to achieve organizational goals related to sales, service, and operational excellence. The director will be responsible for determining operational plans and projects that align with the retail organization's objectives and business plan, establishing processes to monitor operational effectiveness, and collecting data for analysis. Additionally, the director will translate strategy into actionable plans for branch teams, diagnose team performance, and develop action plans to ensure that teams meet strategic goals and objectives. In this role, you will implement action plans aimed at achieving goals for member acquisition, retention, and overall growth. You will strategically collaborate with business partners to deepen member relationships and assist them in meeting their financial goals. Furthermore, you will work with business partners to organize business development events, strategic partnership engagement events, and community engagement events, while performing all duties inherent in the role of a senior leader.
