About the position

The Director of Sales Enablement at LinkedIn Sales Solutions is responsible for enabling the global field force of a high-growth business, focusing on transforming rep performance through strategic enablement programs. This role involves partnering with senior sales leadership to identify performance gaps and design solutions that drive business outcomes, while overseeing a team of Enablement Leads and Performance Consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the Sales Organization's business plan and priorities; leverage sales and program data to recommend a strategic enablement plan with business impact.
  • Build credibility and partnership with senior executive stakeholders in sales, marketing, and sales operations.
  • Drive prioritization and execution of the product launch roadmap to ensure go-to-market success.
  • Deliver recommendations to global Sales Solutions leadership, connecting enablement with sales operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee behavior change initiatives supporting enablement programs post-delivery.
  • Collaborate with the GTM Enablement Center of Excellence on global cross-line of business initiatives.
  • Lead global teams including Enablement Leads and Sales Performance Consultants.
  • Deliver impact in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment.

Requirements

  • 5 years of people management experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales strategy & operations, sales, program management, consulting, and/or learning & development.

Nice-to-haves

  • MBA or equivalent master's degree.
  • 3+ years managing managers.
  • Experience leading stakeholder aligned partner teams.
  • Experience driving large, multi-year transformation initiatives with a focus on technology change management.
  • Expertise in sales skills enablement and sales process optimization.
  • Proven capability to deliver sales programs that drive behavior change over time.
  • Experience in a high growth technology or SaaS business.
  • Ability to navigate complex environments and lead geographically diverse teams.
