About the position

The Regional Sales Enablement Director plays a vital role in supporting the Regional President's leadership team by facilitating sales enablement activities across the region. This position collaborates closely with the Regional President and national Sales Enablement team to drive change management initiatives and enhance operational efficiency within the sales territory, which includes MA, RI, CT, and NH. The role requires a strategic partner who can manage onboarding, liaise with cross-functional departments, and lead change management efforts effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic sales enablement partner to the Regional President, RVPs, Branch Managers, and other field leadership roles.
  • Collaborate with Regional Presidents and RVPs on regional business activities, goals, and performance initiatives.
  • Work with leadership and finance on Agent Commission Plan rollouts, rollbacks, or changes.
  • Act as the primary liaison for cross-functional support departments such as Finance, HR, Product, and Legal.
  • Manage onboarding activities for all leadership roles within the region, ensuring connectivity and setup of employee tools and devices.
  • Act as the field liaison for Footprint transformation execution, coordinating with the National Director and project management teams.
  • Participate actively in footprint transformation meetings and manage local execution of footprint changes.
  • Serve as an escalation resource for Branch Leaders and RVPs regarding facility-related situations.
  • Partner with the Regional President on acquisition and divestiture activities.
  • Collaborate with the CBR Sales Enablement department on change initiatives within the region.
  • Lead change management initiatives and implementations as a Change Agent for field leadership and employees.
  • Assist in region-specific M&A operational integration and divestitures in partnership with key functional leaders.
  • Gather commission business practices across the regional footprint as a field liaison for Project Practice.
  • Work closely with the CBR Sales Enablement team on implementing Agent products and enhancing value propositions.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience leading real estate field or brokerage operations, preferably at a regional level.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design, structure, and lead projects.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence others to achieve outcomes.
  • Systems and process-oriented mindset, capable of creating order out of chaos.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop insights, uncover unmet needs, drive innovation, and lead within a matrixed environment.
  • Ability to operate well under ambiguity and pivot as needed.
  • Experience working with executive levels.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
