About the position

The Director of Solution Enablement at Ivanti is responsible for leading a team that supports the company's portfolio of IT and Security solutions. This role involves collaborating with various departments to design and develop enablement programs and content for customer-facing teams, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources to drive market adoption of Ivanti's solutions. The position plays a key role in the Global Enablement team, focusing on empowering sales organizations from onboarding to ongoing learning and development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 2 Solution Enablement Managers focused on specific solution packages.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and the broader enablement team to educate and empower sales and partner networks.
  • Work with Product Marketing to deliver persuasive value-based messaging resources.
  • Generate compelling training, presentations, and other assets focusing on competitive differentiation.
  • Support cross-functional go-to-market activities to reach target audiences.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of Technical Solution Enablement experience in relevant roles.
  • Strong knowledge of IT and/or Security market categories including service management and endpoint security.
  • Experience in establishing a clear understanding of customer needs and wants.
  • Ability to research and articulate competitive positioning and intelligence.
  • Experience in driving innovation in sales training and content delivery methods.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in multi-product solution enablement in new market categories.
  • Understanding of SaaS technology and business value.
