Responsibilities

  • Monitors the accuracy and distribution of sales reports and recommends revisions to existing reports.
  • Models behaviors that foster high performance, learning, and engagement within the sales team.
  • Supports field directors on sales coaching discipline with best practices to enhance sales performance.
  • Coordinates sales development venues and communication media, including management of internal communication platforms.
  • Supports the implementation of Salesforce and other technologies to enable field sales and underwriting teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales enablement or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and provide actionable insights.
