In addition to business development, the Director of Sales will promote AAR's mission, vision, and values, ensuring a strong relationship with employees, customers, and stockholders. The successful implementation of business plan objectives is a critical responsibility, along with providing direction to the sales team to meet goals efficiently and effectively. The Director will also focus on employee development, ensuring that team members possess the necessary skills to adapt to changing job requirements and customer demands. Collaboration with other divisional managers during decision-making processes is also a key aspect of this role, along with performing any other duties as assigned.
