The Director, Sales Operations US will oversee and lead the US Sales Operations team in driving key business insights, incentive compensation, sales reporting, operational excellence, and strategic programs for our US commercial teams. This position is critical in leading key initiatives that support our continued growth trajectory in the region, as well as supporting the Senior Director, Global Sales Operations in standardizing processes, improving efficiencies, and leveraging capabilities worldwide. The role requires a passionate, inspirational leader who can align their organization behind a clear vision and strategy while challenging the status quo. The Director will be a key member of the Commercial Leadership Team, providing support and leadership to drive overall regional success. Additionally, this role will involve the development and assessment of sales analytics and productivity metrics for the sales team to drive insights, improve efficiency, and deliver growth. The Director will also be responsible for managing a team of talented sales operations professionals through goal setting, performance management, and career development.
