About the position

The HT North America Sales Operations Director will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior sales leaders, focusing on executing go-to-market plans to achieve growth and retention targets. This role involves supporting various business activities, driving operational excellence, and improving sales productivity across assigned regions.

Responsibilities

  • Function as a strategic partner to senior sales leaders and become an expert on assigned regions' performance and key metrics.
  • Define and drive high standards of program execution aligned to the Pathway to Gold.
  • Discover best practices and drive execution to improve sales productivity.
  • Partner with TP&A and the ROE Team to execute core sales processes such as quota setting and forecasting.
  • Work with Conferences and Marketing to link programs and metrics to sales performance.
  • Drive operational excellence and process improvement in sales processes across HTI.
  • Partner with GTS Ops on growth priorities and initiatives to support retention and growth acceleration.
  • Communicate sales processes, operational updates, and best practices within the region.
  • Act as a strong ambassador for sales programs and execute change management programs.

Requirements

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Demonstrate a solution-oriented approach to problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills with an analytical mindset.
  • Experience in finance, business management, and sales operations or similar functions.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Expertise in analytics tools including Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerBI.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, including data analysis tools and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Consulting, or Finance.
  • Ability to respond to ad hoc requests and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
