About the position

The Sales Administrative Director at Leaf Home is responsible for optimizing interactions with potential customers by managing business activities and processes within the direct sales organization. This role focuses on ensuring operational efficiency, supporting sales strategies, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Accountability for operational processes, controls, and systems within the direct sales organization.
  • Lead project management functions for direct sales both within the department and cross-functionally.
  • Own all sales administrative functions to support ongoing operations.
  • Partner with finance and sales leadership on establishing KPI framework and maintain controls around KPI model.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to represent the needs of direct sales in continuous improvement and optimization efforts.
  • Manage continuous learning by liaising between direct sales training staff and broader learning and development resources.
  • Work closely with finance and people organizations on compensation model execution.
  • Reinforce a culture of winning by ensuring the direct sales organization understands KPIs and how to exceed plans.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales operations and administrative functions.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management with a focus on operational efficiency.
  • Advanced understanding of the sales funnel and sales lifecycle management.
  • Advanced understanding of how sales metrics and KPIs drive performance.
  • Ability to juggle various work activities and shift attention to meet demands of different stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on finding efficient pathways to task completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
  • Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinize arguments, and solve complex problems.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
