Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary sales contact for Disguise relationships with ownership of annual planning, forecasting, supply chain and selling efforts.
• Work with Senior leaders across departments on strategic initiatives to deliver annual plan objectives.
• Lead, manage and motivate a team of regional sales reps.
• Develop tailored yearly sales programs for new and existing customers.
• Understand business trends and the competitive landscape.
• New business development.
• Participate in quarterly/yearly business reviews.
• Understanding of customer requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the consumer products or fashion industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Experience in developing sales programs and strategies.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with major entertainment brands.
• Familiarity with supply chain management and forecasting.
