About the position

The Director of Salesforce Business Development at EPAM Systems is a high-impact role focused on driving revenue within the retail and consumer goods sectors. The position requires a consultative selling approach, expertise in aligning industry trends with digital strategies, and collaboration with senior leadership to forecast team performance. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive experience in the Salesforce ecosystem to craft digital solutions and develop go-to-market strategies for joint business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Employ a consultative selling approach aligned with business needs, retail and consumer goods industries, and the corresponding Salesforce product mix.
  • Demonstrate expertise in aligning industry trends with digital strategies and technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with the SVP of Sales to forecast and model team performance in vertical territories and quotas.
  • Maintain ongoing collaboration with alliances and the SF channel to develop a GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy, map out plans, and strategize for joint business growth.
  • Assess activities across accounts and capture teams to evaluate sales progress and identify necessary improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years Sales and/or Alliances experience in Salesforce (Salesforce experience is a must)
  • 7+ years overall in enterprise technology and channel space
  • Experience in Solution Integration (SI) sales environment and partner ecosystem
  • Exceptional communication, writing and organizational skills
  • Proven history managing relationships, business development, pipeline, and processes
  • Some travel required
  • Working knowledge of Marketing and Business Development Initiatives
  • Works well independently and has a competency in completing duties in a timely and effective manner
  • Eager to grow and develop as a business professional
  • Flexible, proactive team-player attitude a must.
