Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior to mid-level colleagues, guiding their priorities and tasks effectively.
• Acquire and retain high-performing talent within the team.
• Analyze and optimize click share, traffic, conversion, and sales metrics.
• Manage project and process workflows efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
• Coordinate and direct actions across a wide stakeholder base, including internal teams and external partners.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and executives to drive initiatives.

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in mentoring colleagues.
• Passion for and knowledge of the retail industry, particularly in large-scale, omni-channel retail.
• Strong analytical and database skills, with experience in optimizing KPIs across the customer journey.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in project management and capable of managing workload and timelines effectively.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
