About the position

The Director/Senior Director of Corporate Marketing and Communications at Click Therapeutics will lead the development and execution of corporate marketing strategies, focusing on the launch of a new product offering called "Click SE". This role is pivotal in shaping the market for software-enhanced drug therapies and requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills. The position involves close collaboration with the executive team and aims to generate brand awareness and drive business growth in the digital health sector.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Corporate-level Brand Launch by shaping the market for new corporate services and product offerings.
  • Generate collateral and materials to convey the value of new offerings and ensure effective distribution to target audiences.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive corporate marketing and communication plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for corporate marketing and communication and monitor campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all channels and platforms.
  • Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, events, and public relations.
  • Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies, managing media relations and public relations activities.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of marketing and communication professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing and communication strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and public relations.
  • Experience in marketing and communications in the pharmaceutical and digital health industries.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software.
