Responsibilities

• Lead Product Strategy by partnering with Salesforce AI Research to develop cutting-edge AI prototypes.
• Engage with high-profile customers to rapidly prototype and iterate on AI-powered solutions.
• Oversee the development of early-stage AI products, collaborating with AI researchers, data scientists, UX designers, and engineering teams.
• Create and manage a framework for strategic experimentation, including rapid innovation cycles and hypothesis validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
• Continuously learn from customers and the market to refine products and identify new opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
• Ensure products scale effectively and align with business objectives, including profitability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, particularly generative AI, machine learning, and AI-driven search.
• Direct experience in developing and scaling AI-powered products, ideally in the generative AI space.
• Experience building 0-to-1 products in high-velocity environments, preferably from early-stage prototyping to market-ready solutions.
• Strong commitment to customer success with a track record of working directly with customers to understand their needs.
