Salesforce is seeking a highly motivated leader and player/coach to join the A&C Business Unit Partner Sales team, specifically focusing on the Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) sector. This strategic role involves designing, launching, and supporting a comprehensive plan aimed at accelerating and scaling the growth of our business with System Integrator (SI) partners. Reporting directly to the VP of AMER Partner Sales Alliances, the successful candidate will oversee partner sales managers dedicated to the HLS business. This position requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, sales acumen, and a hands-on approach to achieving results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results and will be adept at building and maintaining relationships with SI partners and executive leaders within the partner ecosystem. In this role, you will lead the HLS Partner Sales team to ensure that all performance targets are met or exceeded. You will need to possess an excellent understanding of how to grow and sustain business in a highly competitive and ever-changing environment. Your responsibilities will include executing the development of the SI Partner Sales strategy for HLS, which is crucial for accelerating overall business performance. You will work closely with Salesforce SI partners to generate new business opportunities in both existing accounts and new markets, ensuring that our partners are instrumental in delivering successful CRM and Platform projects within a defined territory or region. The role also requires you to navigate and address partner and internal escalations as necessary, while collaborating with marketing and other key stakeholders to plan and execute activities that generate and close pipeline opportunities. Your ability to liaise with and motivate individuals at all levels of the partner relationships will be key to your success in this position. You will contribute to the AMER Partner Sales Leadership team and serve as the primary point of contact for the HLS Sales Leadership team, ensuring effective collaboration across multiple cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, alliances, marketing, legal, and operations.
