  • Fifteen or more years of experience in project and program management.
  • Ten or more years in a supervisory or management capacity included.
  • Experience working with project management methodology such as Catalyst including budget development, project planning, control and assurance methodologies including earned value management, project management software, and finance and accounting concepts and practices.
  • Drives the delivery of solutions within functional area(s) to support internal and external customers and works closely with other executives to drive cross-functional solutions.
  • Project management Certification (PMP) preferred.
  • Experience working with past and present company business environment.
  • Experience working with concepts, practices, and procedures in areas of responsibility.
  • Experience working with the management implications of various forms of financial data.
  • Public sector experience in contracting, statutory compliance, enforcement of standards and requirements, and delivery of mission services preferred.
  • 12+ years related Healthcare business practice area experience required.
  • 5+ years leadership, sales and business development with state government and healthcare technology services and healthcare experience required.
