About the position

The Director of Social Media at MeUndies will lead the brand's expression across all social media platforms, focusing on community engagement and innovative content strategies. This role involves developing a comprehensive social strategy, managing organic and paid efforts, and collaborating closely with the Growth Marketing team. The Director will oversee content creation, manage the social media budget, and track performance against established KPIs, all while fostering a strong community around the brand.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage an integrated social strategy across all social media platforms.
• Grow community to over 1 million, focusing on attracting new followers on TikTok and Instagram.
• Own social creative strategy in partnership with the Creative team.
• Develop and manage the monthly social calendar to align with cross-functional teams.
• Manage US organic social media budget for activations and cultural celebrations.
• Partner with the Director of Influencer Marketing for integrated marketing goals.
• Oversee daily publishing and boosting schedule, monitoring analytics for all platforms.
• Establish clear social media goals and track against KPIs, reporting on performance and insights.
• Work closely with the CX Team to develop a strong Community Management strategy.

Requirements

• 6 - 8 years of experience in social media marketing and/or community management role.
• Managerial experience hiring, onboarding, and developing at least one direct report.
• Expert knowledge of major social media platforms and best practices.
• Experience in community management with a focus on content and engagement.
• Strong analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Exceptional collaboration skills to foster a team environment.
