About the position

PagerDuty is seeking a Director of Solution Marketing to lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies that align with the PagerDuty Operations Cloud messaging. This role involves understanding customer needs, creating compelling narratives for various target audiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging. The Director will also lead a high-performing team, develop a content ecosystem, and analyze marketing performance to optimize strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Solution Marketing professionals and developer advocates.
• Develop a content ecosystem around solutions and create assets like case studies and webinars.
• Increase engagement with the developer community and promote the company's technology.
• Develop and implement strategies for developer advocacy that align with company goals.
• Analyze marketing performance and optimize strategies in collaboration with Demand Generation campaign leaders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in solutions marketing.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing a global marketing team.
• Experience in crafting solution narratives that resonate with buyers.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear messaging for B2B audiences.
• Strong understanding of content formats and their use in storytelling.
