About the position

The mission of the Store Operations Department at Aritzia is to uphold the daily standards of operational excellence in our stores while diagnosing and resolving opportunities for continuous advancement. As the company experiences exponential growth, we are seeking a leader to champion the core fundamentals and drive streamlined operations across a complex and growing network of stores and cafes. In this pivotal role as the Sr. Director, Store Operations, you will be responsible for validating daily operations, supporting special initiatives, and identifying opportunities to drive sales and maximize profits across all stores and cafes in your region. As the Director, Store Operations, your responsibilities will include upholding the daily standards of operational excellence in our stores, identifying and communicating opportunities for improvement, and serving as the front-end, single point of contact for advocating new infrastructure. You will also support new store openings and events on the ground, identify, solve, and/or escalate sales-driving or profit-maximizing opportunities, and protect the business in response to extenuating incidents. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our operations align with Aritzia's values and business principles, while also fostering a collaborative environment with cross-functional partners to achieve shared business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in Retail or other relevant Business Management.
