As the voice of the organization in cross-functional discussions, the candidate will advocate for the team and promote a culture of inclusive leadership with a sense of urgency. Additionally, the candidate will act as a key bridge within the organization, ensuring successful communication and implementation of critical organizational and operational decisions. Responsibilities

  • Lead as a top-level adviser, confidant, and sounding board for the Senior Vice President.
  • Quickly understand and simplify problems, working across teams to identify solutions and resolve them efficiently.
  • Own and drive strategic initiatives critical to the engagement of teams, customers, and communities.
  • Be the voice of the organization in cross-functional discussions, advocating on behalf of the team.
  • Promote a community of inclusive leadership with a sense of urgency.
  • Convey and ensure successful communication and implementation of critical organizational and operational decisions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic operational roles, partnering directly with senior leaders.
  • BA or BS degree in a related field; MBA or Management Consulting experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including proficiency in tools like PowerPoint.
  • Extraordinary ability to program manage across complex operations.
  • Critical thinking skills to break down sizable problems into manageable pieces and utilize data for insights.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a can-do attitude with attention to operational details.
  • Ability to develop relationships and partnerships at all organizational levels, exhibiting strong leadership and influencing skills.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and leading change management initiatives.
  • Ability to learn, grow, and take on expanded duties as business needs evolve.
  • Excellent meeting design and facilitation skills.
  • Superb judgment and integrity, including excellent decision-making skills and a sense of urgency.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $134,800 -- $267,600 annually based on location and experience.
  • Short-term incentives in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
