About The Position
The Director of Sourcing for the Purchase of Finished Goods and Direct Materials categories is responsible for developing and executing strategic procurement initiatives for products sourced from OEM suppliers, to optimize supplier management, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation. This role ensures a reliable supply chain for raw materials, fabricated components, finished goods, capital equipment, and contract services while maintaining compliance with corporate purchasing policies and procedures. A transformational leader with deep expertise in vendor governance, this position designs and implements sourcing strategies that align with enterprise procurement goals. The Director leads a team of direct reports and collaborates closely with stakeholders to develop innovative sourcing solutions that drive business success.
