About The Position
The Director Strategy & Operations (Architecture and Growth) will report to the SVP DPS Architecture, Innovation and Growth ('DPS Special Projects, Architecture and Innovation') and provide strategic thought leadership, operational efficiencies, and decision-making to amplify the impact of the DPS Architecture, Innovation and Growth department across the enterprise. In this position, the Director will serve as a trusted advisor to NH leaders in both Digital Products & Services (DPS) and Novant Health Enterprises (NHE), handling a wide array of business tasks to extend the internal and external reach of DPS and ensure the department's aligned approach on key priorities. The Director will work closely with the DPS leadership team, playing an essential role to develop strategies and roadmaps, and oversee project delivery to advance high priority objectives, and lead strategic initiatives.
