About the position
The Supply Chain Enabling Technology position at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance supply chain operations through technology and data analytics. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain systems strategy and ongoing management.
- Manage supplier relationship programs and project tracking.
- Oversee recall management reporting and support.
- Monitor and report on service level agreements (SLA) for supply chain operations.
- Establish and report metrics for supply chain diversity and sustainability initiatives.
- Lead reporting and analytics functions for supply chain operations.
- Monitor and report on risks associated with supply chain activities.
- Develop and manage internal and external communications and training programs.
- Administer contract management systems and processes.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and compliance activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
- 7-10 years of experience in a related supply chain or equivalent role.
- Experience with SQL and data visualization development.
- Proficiency in advanced analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain a collaborative environment.
- Ability to multi-task, mentor, teach, and communicate effectively.
- Proven success in translating data into actionable insights.
- Extensive experience with procurement, supply chain, and finance information technologies.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
