About the position

The Director of Supply Chain Systems, Analytics, Reporting, and Communications at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is responsible for leading the development and implementation of supply chain technology and analytics strategies. This role aims to enhance operational efficiency, ensure data integrity, and foster transparent communication across the supply chain organization. The director will oversee a team focused on optimizing supply chain performance through innovative solutions and data-driven insights, while also promoting diversity and sustainability initiatives within the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Chain Enabling Technology, Reporting, and Analytics function.
• Develop and implement supply chain systems strategy and ongoing management.
• Manage supplier relationship programs and project tracking.
• Oversee recall management and reporting support.
• Establish metrics for supply chain diversity and sustainability initiatives.
• Monitor and report on supply chain risks and communications.
• Administer contract management systems and develop content for internal and external communications.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and compliance policies.
• Build and lead a team of five professionals in supply chain analytics and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
• 7-10 years of experience in related Supply Chain or equivalent role.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization development.
• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain a collaborative environment.
• Extensive experience with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance Information Technologies.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
