About the position

The Director of Talent Acquisition at C3 AI is responsible for leading and enhancing the company's recruiting efforts across various technical and business functions. This role involves managing a high-performing team of recruiters and developing innovative strategies to attract top talent in fields such as AI, machine learning, data science, engineering, and business operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic plan to attract and hire exceptional talent across diverse functional areas.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using various sourcing techniques and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct thorough interviews, reference checks, and evaluations to identify candidates who align with the company's values.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
• Lead the negotiation process for compensation, benefits, and other key terms to secure top candidates.
• Build and manage a strong team of recruiters, providing coaching and professional development opportunities.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and hire exceptional executive talent.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 5+ years in executive recruiting.
• Strong understanding of the technology sector, particularly in AI, machine learning, and data science.
• A well-established network of candidates across various industries and roles.
• Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Experience using Greenhouse Recruiting (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
